AgentsOfMine is a tool for re-reading and learning from AI coding sessions. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not.

What we collect

  • The email address you give us when joining the waitlist.
  • Once the alpha is open and you sign in: your AI coding session history, as read from local files on your machine by our open-source VS Code extension. This is normalized, redacted on your machine for obvious secrets, encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in your private workspace in our AWS account in eu-central-1.
  • Authentication metadata from Cognito (your email, your federated provider, last sign-in timestamps).

What we never collect

  • Credentials for any AI provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or others.
  • The contents of files on your machine outside of the agent session stores.
  • Tracking cookies. The landing page sets none.
  • Marketing analytics. We do not run any.

Devices you pair

When you pair a laptop with the VS Code extension, we issue that laptop an opaque device token. The token lives only in your operating system's keychain — Keychain on macOS, Credential Manager on Windows, libsecret on Linux. It never leaves the machine in plain text, and it is the only thing the extension uses to talk to our API. We do not store any of your AI provider credentials, browser cookies, or OAuth tokens — pairing is between your VS Code installation and your AgentsOfMine account, not between us and any AI provider.

Every paired device shows up on the Devices screen in the mobile app. Revoking a device from there invalidates its token immediately on the server; the laptop's extension drops out of the signed-in state on its next sync attempt (within about a minute). Re-pairing is a fresh QR scan; there is no recovery path that sidesteps your account.

When you join the waitlist

When a new email lands on the waitlist, we send ourselves a one-line internal notification — your address and where you signed up from (e.g. landing), nothing else. It is not used for marketing and is not sent to any third party. The only email we send to you is the alpha-launch invitation, once, the week the alpha opens. Nothing between now and then.

Your data is yours

You can export everything synced to our cloud as JSON, at any time, with a single button. You can delete everything, also with a single button — this purges your data from our DynamoDB partition and revokes every device.
